The term "delivery method" means the way that the recipient receives the money transfer. This could be cash pickup, mobile wallet or bank transfer.
Each method offers different benefits depending on the recipient's needs and preferences. Understanding the business model behind each delivery method helps to streamline the process and enhance service efficiency.
Available delivery methods
Bank deposit
- The consumer provides their recipient's account details and the money is sent electronically to the recipient's bank account.
Cash pickup
- The consumer sends money to a specific country or payer and the recipient collects cash in person.
Mobile Wallet
- The consumer uses their recipient's mobile number to send money to their Mobile Wallet account.
The delivery method that's chosen depends on things like, how much money is being sent, the recipient's location and whether the transfer is urgent or not.

Business models
The following business models are categorized based on the destination country and the chosen delivery method:
Open payment: In this model, you only need to specify the destination country; you don't need to choose a specific payer. The payment will be processed through an open payment system, providing flexibility in payment options.
Open network: In this business model, you must specify the destination country and a specific payer. A network is established and the designated payer assumes responsibility for the transaction. In the open network model, the order can be picked up at any location specified by the payer within the destination country.
